1. General

By purchasing a ticket and attending Bingo Bengo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Bingo Bengo reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Participation in the event is at your own risk.

2. Event Admission

All attendees must possess a valid ticket for entry.

Tickets are subject to availability and are sold on a first come, first served basis.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, aggressive, or inappropriate without refund.

Attendees may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID upon entry.

3. Tickets & Transfers

All ticket sales are final.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes without written permission from the organizer.

If ticket transfers are permitted, the organizer must be notified before the event.

4. Bengo Experience Transportation

Guests holding a Bengo Experience ticket must arrive at the designated pickup location at the communicated time.

The organizer is not responsible for missed departures due to late arrival.

Transportation schedules are subject to change due to traffic, weather, or operational circumstances.

5. VIP Tables

VIP Tables are reserved for a maximum of six (6) guests unless otherwise specified.

Included benefits are only valid for the ticket holder and may not be exchanged for cash or alternative products.

Unused benefits are forfeited and are non-refundable.

6. Event Participation

Every ticket includes one official Bingo Bengo bingo card, one bingo marker, and one exclusive Bingo Bengo giveaway item, while supplies last.

Participants are responsible for safeguarding their bingo cards and event materials.

Lost, stolen, or damaged bingo cards may not be replaced.

All game results and prize decisions made by the event hosts and organizers are final.

7. Prizes

Prizes are awarded as presented and may not be exchanged, transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash under any circumstances unless explicitly stated otherwise by the organizer.

Many Bingo Bengo prizes consist of tourism-related experiences, activities, excursions, tours, attraction tickets, hotel stays, dining experiences, and other services provided by third-party partners. Winners are responsible for complying with any terms, conditions, booking requirements, age restrictions, availability limitations, expiration dates, or other conditions imposed by the prize provider.

Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, credit, refunds, alternative prizes, or other compensation.

The organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to availability or circumstances beyond its control.

Winners may be required to provide valid identification before receiving or redeeming a prize.

All game results and prize decisions made by the event hosts and organizers are final.

8. Photography & Media

By attending Bingo Bengo, you grant permission for your image, likeness, voice, and appearance to be captured in photographs, videos, and other media recordings during the event.

These materials may be used by the organizer for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes without compensation.

9. Food & Alcohol

Food and beverages may be available for purchase during the event.

Attendees are responsible for consuming alcohol responsibly.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any attendee at its discretion.

No outside food or beverages may be brought into the event venue unless otherwise permitted.

10. Liability

Bingo Bengo, its organizers, partners, sponsors, staff, and venue operators shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, accident, or personal property claims arising from attendance at the event.

Attendees assume all risks associated with participation in event activities.

11. Force Majeure

The organizer shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, cancellations, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, government restrictions, venue issues, natural disasters, or public emergencies.
